Plastic material - fraud seller. It says stainless steel but the tiki maker was plastic ( worth rs 50-60 max). Also Farosh service was terrible. First they charged me for a delivery within Lahore ( which is supposed to be free). Then they said it was probably an express delivery which is also false because it took them 6 days to deliver. When I received the product it came out to be plastic. Farosh helpline then gave me an 'option' for refund which by the way has been almost 2 weeks I have heard nothing about. They were saying if you want you can use it or get a refund. Now why why would I want to keep a plastic product which I overpayed for?? Farosh pk online success is all about trust as you cannot see or touch the product. If you cannot offer trust in your products how will you succeed? Your response to the situation is appalling, how can you expect growth with such a response?
