Powering the Pro is a new H2 chip claimed to deliver clearer sound and richer bass through low-distortion drivers and a custom amplifier.

Spatial audio is another area where the AirPods Pro 2 sees big improvements. A cool new feature, Personalised Spatial Audio, allows you to use the TrueDepth camera on a Face ID-equipped iPhone to map the shape and size of your head and ears to make for a more immersive listening experience.
Users have a new way of interacting with the AirPods Pro 2 – the divots in the stems now support swiping movements for volume adjustments. There’s also an improved skin detection sensor to pause and play music more accurately, improving battery life.
Speaking of which, the AirPods Pro 2 delivers six hours of listening with ANC turned on – one and a half hours longer than before. This expands to 30 hours with the case included.
