• An authentic unboxing video should be presented
• A detailed investigation would take place to verify the authenticity of the unboxing video
• Must return the product to our logistic partner in the original packing
• Change of mind is not covered under any policy

Important: Once, your seller receives the product, your refund would be issued in 2 to 5 days in your bank account. Please contact the brand warranty provider directly (if applicable) for device-related issues after usage.
