Suggested Use

1. Power on/off: press to start, the default operating time is 10 minutes, press again to set 20 minutes, press one more time to set 30 minutes, press the fourth time to turn off.
2. Mode switch: there are optional 9 massage modes, press the mode button to switch from F1 to F8. (E2 means only heating without vibration.)
3. Intensity switch: there are optional 9 intensity levels (S1-S9), the bigger the number is, the higher the intensity.
4. Speed control: there are optional 9 working speeds (H1-H9), the bigger the number is, the higher the intensity.
5. Positioning button: there are optional 9 different massage areas, only it can not be operated at the same time with the speed button.
6. Infrared heating: there are optional 3 heating levels (E1-E3), (CL means no heating.)

Notes

1. Unplug the product after use or before cleaning.
2. Do not use the product in moist conditions and store it in dry places away from direct sunlight.
3. To avoid a long time massaging in one body part, please do not use it in sleep.
4. Discontinue use whenever you feel uncomfortable from overstimulation.
