How do you asses and measure your physical fitness?

In my point of view fitness is assessed in four key areas:

  • Aerobic fitness
  • Muscular strength and endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Body composition

And if you want to do your assessment, you'll need:

  • A stopwatch if it is available or a watch that can measure seconds
  • A cloth measuring tape
  • A yardstick
  • Heavy-duty tape
  • A scale
  • Someone who can help you to record your scores and count repetitions
